 I am Jacqueline van de Bilt. I overcame my vaginismus.

​Since I was 19 years old, I've been working as an aid provider. Since 2006 I coach, in my practice, but especially online via zoom or whatsapp, women from all over the Netherlands and Belgium, with vaginismus and pain during sex.  I also overcame my own vaginismus. I have developed a method, which has helped a lot of women and couples. I would like to inspire you to become curious about what it is you need to overcome vaginismus, or pain during sex. My wish for you is to feel free in and with your own body, and that you will be able to enjoy intercourse, as part of your whole sexuality. 

How you can achieve enjoyable intercourse

You'll be surprised that through my practical knowledge, detailed explanation, and relevant exercises, especially for you, you will dare, want, and be able to try out new things. My approach is very open, accessible, and focused on your goal. Tenderness and pleasure are the two most important things. Not just talking about it, but noticing you're making progress as well. You'll keep noticing improvement, and this will result in the ability to enjoy intercourse. In the video on the right, I explain how this is possible. 

For whom

In the past couple of years, I have coached women from 15 to 75 years old, with and without spouse, in Holland and Belgium. You are welcome with or without spouse.
