If you have vaginismus, or experience pain during sex, asking for help is a big step. Where do you go for help, and what kind of help is suitable for you? With my broad knowledge and my experience, I approach every side of vaginismus that might be of importance. Because of this, many women I have coached have overcome their vaginismus, and it turned out that no other form of therapy was necessary.
Important things regarding vaginismus:
The knowledge, tips, and simple techniques to allow a finger, tampon, and/or a penis inside your vagina.
Daring to become familiar with your body and genitals.
Knowledge about sex and intercourse, to make you feel more confident.
Relaxing your entire body, including your pelvic floor muscles, to make you feel better about yourself, and to enable you to allow a finger or a penis.
Being able to unravel fears, talking about them, and finding out how to let go of them.
Many women are afraid to take this step, because they are scared. I understand this all too well. I was afraid too. Especially when I was given assignments of which I thought "I'm afraid to do this, and I really can't". Or I thought "how am I supposed to do this?" Is that what you are afraid of as well?
My experience is, that my approach fits well with who you are and what you need. I give practical knowledge, that makes you think: why has no one ever mentioned this to me before? I compose my simple exercises especially for you. This way, with every step you'll feel like: "yes, I can do this." These steps will enable you to start experience pleasant intercourse as part of your sex life.
Coaching is possible in my practice at home. But I've had very good experiences with online coaching via Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime, and Zoom as well. Read more if you want to know more about my method.
