Fees

An individual appointment or with your partner at my practice or online costs € 142,50 (including 21% VAT) for 1,5 hour. 

For the appointments the fee can be transferred to my account within 48 hours after the appointment, stating your full name and the date of the appointment. 

In case you are prevented from attending, I would request you notify me as soon as possible.

In case of a cancellation within 48 hours before the appointment, half of the fee will be charged.   

A referral from your doctor is not necessary. 
Coverage by health insurance is not possible.

Additional guidelines

• File formation: Your information will be included in my clients records. This file will be saved for 15 years, In case you decide to apply again later, we will still have your file to fall back on. The file will be saved in such a manner, that I am the only person who has access to it.
• Confidentiality: The obligation of professional secrecy applies to me as a coach.
• Complaints procedure: Since 2017, a new procedure dealing with complaints and disputes has been established, as part of the WKKGZ (health care law for quality, complaints and disputes). If it so happens that we are unable to settle a complaint or dispute, the law states that you can file a complaint with the complaints committee. I am therefore affiliated with the Complaints Portal.
