How did you wash your vulva? With what do you wash your vulva? Softness is a word that I like and often use. This also applies to how you approach your vulva while washing it. After all, I hear the consequences of the opposite almost every day. Don't you think about it when washing your vulva? Do you feel uncomfortable? Were you quick? With a washcloth or with your fingers? How hard do you touch this area? Or are you careful and gentle? Many women I talk to have never thought about this. Washing your vulva gently can prevent skimpiness and wounds. Plus, I also believe that your vulva, like the rest of your body, deserves to be approached with gentleness. Give it a try and feel the difference, I sometimes give it as an assignment. With tips and detailed explanations on how to do this. Then I hear back from clients: "Uncomfortable, you know, so much attention to that area." Or "Feels softer and nicer than I thought." Or "After that, I still felt that area tingling slightly, never felt before." Or "I washed not only my vulva, but also my whole body with a little more attention. It was nice, it calmed me down." How would it feel when you gently wash your vulva and body?
