I wrote this book for you, because I want to give you hope and tips to help you overcome your vaginismus. I have been able to do this myself, and so have many other woman I have coached now for 15 years.
The strength of this book is that it contains practical detailed knowledge, techniques, and exercises, underpinned by my own experiences, and those of the women I have coached. My wish is that with my book, you can achieve having intercourse with pleasure whenever you want, as part of your whole sexuality.
Who is Jacqueline
Jacqueline van de Bilt (1967) is not just a coach, but as an experience specialist. She found out for herself what it was like to overcome her vaginismus, step by step. She has completed her Social Work studies, because helping people has always been her passion. After that, she has worked as a counsellor for different organizations. Currently, she is working part time at two different doctors offices, as an assistant practitioner mental health services. After Jacqueline overcame her own vaginismus, she was inspired by other women with vaginismus to share her experiences, knowledge, and advice. She started to explore this subject even more. In 2006, next to her part time job, she started guiding women with vaginismus and pain during sex. During the past couple of years, she has developed her own method, based on her own experiences with overcoming vaginismus, and on those of the many women with vaginismus she has coached.
