Recently, I showed Inge, who comes to me for coaching because of her pain during intercourse, a photo of up to 20 different vulvas.
Inge had said that she thought her vulva was strange and ugly and didn't want to look at it anymore.
 
Inge looked at the picture for a while. She said very softly: "They all look a bit different, don't they. When I compare them with mine, it actually looks very normal. And quite beautiful."
 
Have you ever looked at your vulva?
I mean your genitals on the outside of your body. Your pubic mound, inner and outer lips, pee opening, clitoris and vaginal opening.
 
How many women do you think would regularly look at their vulva with ease and pleasure?
It's quite a hassle. If you really want to see it all properly, you will have to sit with your legs open in front of a mirror.
 
Do you realize it is YOUR vulva, how soft it feels and what pleasure it gives you when you touch her or let her be touched?
