Perhaps you don’t think so, but trying out exercises can also be a lot of fun.
For years I have been looking for the solution of my vaginismus. I have done many different exercises. I did not enjoy it, let alone that I liked it or that it feel fine. This was a major stumbling block, because I did not like the exercises, I did not know how to do it and dreaded it. In the end, I often didn't do it. Which left me very disappointed in myself.
Until a friend gave me a different view of sex and intercourse. She told so beautiful about it. She explained what she did and why she liked and enjoyed sex and intercourse. How much fun she had.
I got curious. Wanted to feel so free too. Wanted so badly to throw all my fears overboard.
It's funny, as I write this piece I realize how often I use the word curiosity. I think it's such a beautiful word, because you almost immediately feel like trying out what you're curious about.
With curiosity I tried all the tips from my friend. And I succeed.
I try to make every woman who comes to me for coaching curious. Curious about their own body, what they need, what it can bring them, how it feels.
Curiosity makes you feel like trying. Wondering every time how things are going this time, what you are going to feel good about and what effect this will have. Finding what you are curious about and taking the appropriate steps for it does not only give you a good result. The road to it is also more fun and pleasant.
